核电厂空气压缩机冷却器结垢原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 国内某核电厂外围压空机在运行数年以后,频繁出现跳机现象;将压空机解体发现,传热管表面附着大量黄色物质。针对压空机传热管表面的黄色物质,采用宏观、X射线、水质成分等方法进行了分析。结果表明,传热管表面结垢为水垢,回路中的高频电子除垢仪的除垢作用有限,需要添加阻垢剂对水质处理才能解决传热管结垢问题。 After several years of operation, air compressor suffered from failure frequently in a domestic nuclear power plant.The air compressor were taken apart and it was found that a lot of yellow substance adhered to the heat transfer tube. In this article, appearance and X-ray diffraction of substance on heat transfer tube, the quality of circuiting water are analyzed. The results show that the substance on heat transfer tube is scale and the descaling function of high frequency electronic descaling instrument in the loop is limited. The best way to solve this problem is to put scale inhibitor in the loop.
