摘要
针对压裂施工后压裂液返排时裂缝内支撑剂的运动特性建立数学模型,模拟不同粒径支撑剂组合时裂缝内压裂液返排及支撑剂的回流过程,通过模拟计算掌握了不同粒径支撑剂组合比例对支撑剂回流量及支撑剂在裂缝内分布的影响规律。研究结果表明随中粒径支撑剂所占比例增加,支撑剂回流量逐渐增加,但裂缝内支撑剂分布状况逐渐变好,综合考虑支撑剂回流量及裂缝内分布状况,中粒径支撑剂在大、中、小三种粒径支撑剂组合中比例不应低于1:10:1。
Considering proppant's motion characteristic in fracture during fracturing a mathematical model was founded.It simulated the process of fracturing fluid and proppant backflow for different size proppant combination.The effects of proppant combination ratio on proppant backflow volume and distribution in fracture were studied.The results indict that the distribution of proppant in fracture gradually gets well when the proppant backflow volume increases with the increasing of medium size proppant ratio.Overall considering the distribution of proppant in fracture and proppant backflow volume for the combination of big size,medium size and small size proppant,the ratio of media size proppant should be more than 1:10:1
