摘要
随着单井筒多管柱结构在水平井开发领域的广泛应用,目前使用的内、外接箍连接型式的油管,因其存在明显的变径,已逐渐不能满足复杂的井下作业要求。本文阐述了一种新型无变径特殊油管螺纹连接形式,该结构不同于接箍连接的变径连接型式。通过对设计螺纹的连接性能进行相应的试验,证明该特殊油管螺纹的连接强度、密封性能均达到设计、使用及标准的相关要求。直连式特殊油管螺纹的研究与设计,为井下作业新工艺的实施提供了一种全新的管柱结构,也为井筒内下入多管柱作业提供了前提条件。
Currently,with the single wellbore multi-column structure is widely used in the field of horizontal well development,the connection type of internal / external pipe coupling used in oil fields,has not been able to meet with the requirements of complicated downhole operation because of its obvious variable diameter.This paper expounded a new type of novariable tubing threaded connection form,and its ' structure is different from the coupling connection of variable diameter connection type.Through the corresponding connection performance test for the design thread,and proved that this special tubing threads' connection strength,sealing performance can meet with the relevant requirements of the design,usability and standard.Through the research and design of straight type special tubing,provides a new string structure for the implementation of the new technology of downhole operation,and also provides a prerequisite for the wellbore into multi-column operation.
