The Value and the Strategic positioning of the Rural Electronic Government

针对农村电子政务战略性缺失现象,分析农村电子政务的战略价值,提出基于价值认识的农村电子政务战略策略,指出执行是战略环节的关键,应与政务变革相结合,实现公众广泛参与,改善农村公共服务。

Aiming at the rural e-government strategic hiatus phenomenon,the paper analyses the strategic value of rural electronic government affairs,put forward the value-based rural e-government strategy.It also points out that the execution,the key to strategic link,should be combined with government affairs change for the wide public participation and the improvement of the rural public service.
