摘要
我国高等教育已处于由外延扩张走向内涵式发展的新阶段,在新一轮的高校竞争中,地方性高等院校的生存与发展面临更加严峻的挑战,地方性高校教师承受着巨大的工作压力,极易引发职业倦怠现象。通过测量发现,地方性高校教师职业倦怠问题日趋严重,尤其是男性教师、36岁以上教师、本科学历教师、讲师职称教师、未婚或离异和丧偶教师的职业倦怠状况比较突出,同时还存在着工作满意度普遍不高、社会支持系统欠缺等问题。
China′s higher education has entered a new stage which has experienced from the quantity-oriented expansion to the quality-oriented development.The survival and development of local colleges is facing more severe challenges and competitions.The great work pressures on teachers will inevitably lead to their occupation burnout.According to our investigation,this phenomenon is becoming increasingly significant,especially amongst those with the following characteristics:male,over 36 years,those only with bachelor degree or lecturer titles,unmarried,divorced,or widowed.What′s more,other issues like low job satisfaction,lack of social support systems exist at the same time.
