In the case of information technology, it is of great practical significance of studying the growth of the enterprises systematically and comprehensively. This paper, using the method of the factor analysis ,using SPSS16.0 statistical software to build up evaluation index system for the small and medium-sized enterprises（57 listed companies）, in order to grasp the development of China＇s small and medium-sized information technology enterprises, to analyze main factors affecting small and medium-sized information technology enterprises＇ growth, in order m provide a useful reference for the majority of investors, creditors, and government departments to the make some decisions.
