The construction of the ＂three sets of five＂ system is comprehensive. It is a full and fundamental change of China State Grid Corp management mode. To ensure the security and stability of power grid system in ＂three sets of five＂ period of the construction, measures are adjusted to local conditions in distribution area,that is,the original regional power supply department jurisdiction.The management problems with separated camp are properly solved.Human and material resources are effective used,the distribution network operation and maintenance of all aspects of work are unified and standardized, the management efficiency is improved, the safety of stable operation of power grid is ensured, the power supply service quality and customer satisfaction is effectively improved.
