HGF在脑胶质瘤的表达及临床意义 被引量：1

Expression and Clinical Significance of Genes HGF in Gliomas

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达水平以及预后。方法免疫组化染色后,检测49例HGF蛋白表达情况。分析脑胶质瘤的恶性程度、发病年龄、性别之间的相关性。结果 HGF随病理分级的增加,其表达水平呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。HGF与脑胶质瘤发病年龄、性别之间阳性表达水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 HGF在脑胶质瘤中的表达与脑胶质瘤恶性级别程度有显著相关。HGF在脑胶质瘤中表达与患者性别、年龄无关。
