摘要
目的研究红花抗小鼠早孕功效,并探讨对早孕小鼠血清雌激素和孕激素水平及其受体表达的影响。方法用3种浓度的红花煎剂灌胃妊娠小鼠,观察其对小鼠妊娠及胚胎发育的影响;石蜡切片后采用苏木精-伊红染色(HE染色)、放射免疫技术及免疫组织化学染色等进行细胞形态学变化观察、血清雌激素和孕激强;同时实验组小鼠的卵巢和子宫细胞形态学均受到不同程度的影响;2实验组小鼠的雌激素和孕激素含量均低于对照组,孕激素受到的影响更为明显;3实验组蜕膜细胞雌激素和孕激素受体的表达量明显低于对照组。结论红花对孕鼠子宫/卵巢的细胞形态学、孕/雌激素含量及其受体表达有明显的影响作用,抗早孕作用显著。
[Objectives] To study the anti-early pregnancy function of Flos Carthami,and to explore the effects of Flos Carthami on the estrogen / progesterone and their receptors in the early pregnancy mice. [Methods] Gavage with 3 different doses to pregnant mice was to observe the anti-early pregnancy function; HE staining, Radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemical technique were respectively used to observe the morphoeytology changes, determine the content of estrogen/progesterone and analyze the expression level of estrogen / progesterone receptors. [Results] The studies showed: Flos Carthami had evident anti-early pregnancy function and the function increased with the increase of herb concentration; and the evident morphoeytological changes took place to the uterus and ovary; the content of estrogen / progesterone in the experimental group was lower than the control group; especially the progesterone was more greatly affected; the expression level of estrogen / progesterone receptors in the experimental group was evidently lower than the control group. [Conclusion] Flos Carthami had evident effects on the morphocytology of uterus/ovary, the contents of estro- gen/p:rogesterone and the expression of their receptors; and anti-early pregnancy effect was significant.
