气管导管防尘保湿防护器在烧伤气管切开患者中的应用

Application of endotracheal tube humidification protective device in burn patients with tracheotomy

目的探讨气管导管防尘保湿防护器对烧伤气管切开患者的气道保护作用。方法将66例烧伤气管切开患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组33例,实验组采用气管导管防尘保湿防护器,对照组采用常规人工气道管理。比较两组患者的吸氧导管脱出率、痰痂形成率、痰培养阳性率等指标。结果与对照组比较,实验组患者吸氧导管脱出率、痰痂形成率、痰培养阳性率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论气管导管防尘保湿防护器对烧伤气管切开患者气道具有湿化作用,便于护理,可降低感染的风险,值得临床推广使用。

[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of airway protection of the endotracheal tube humidification protective device for burn patients with tracheotomy. [Methods] 66 cases of burn patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of 33 cases. The experimental group adopted endotracheal tube humidification protective device and the control group adopted using conventional artificial airway management. The rate of emergence of oxygen tube, the phlegm scab formation and sputum culture positive were collected consecutively for this study. [Results] Compared to the control group, there were statistically significant differences in the rate of emergence of oxygen tube, the phlegm scab formation and sputum culture positive. They were decreased remarkably （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The endotracheal tube humidification protective device for bum patients with tracheotomy airway has the effect of warming humidification and easy care, can reduce the risk of infection. It is worth promoting clinically.
