协同创新视角下高等职业教育产学研的功能及路径拓展

Expanding the Functions and Paths in Higher Vocational Education Production,Study and Research from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

协同创新是一种管理模式的创新,是打破部门、行业、区域等封闭的科技创新实体间彼此间的界限、整合分散的科技资源的重要手段。高等职业教育长期以来受"以专业为导向"的办学思想、教育模式、发展模式禁锢,产学研模式滞后。高等职业教育产学研路径的拓展,应协同创新,明确"定位"与"方向",奠立高等职业教育产学研的厚重根基;完善"催生"与"保障",建构高等职业教育产学研的长效机制;搭建"平台"与"桥梁",搞好高等职业教育产学研的软硬件建设。

Collaborative innovation is an innovative management mode which breaks the boundaries among the closed science and technology innovation entities such as departments, industries and regions, and integrates the distributed science and technology resources. Higher vocational education has long been confined in the profession-oriented school-running concept, educational mode and development mode, thus its production, study and research mode lags behind. The expansion of higher vocational education production, study and research paths should go along with collaborative innovation to lay a strong foundation .and to construct a long-term mechanism and the relative facilities and environment.
