高等职业教育园区资源共享模式指的是在一定区域不同协作体内,物力资源、人力资源、财力资源等在不同分配方式上实行资源优势互补,实现效益最大化的模式。可根据常州市殷村高职教育园区的实际情况,设计资源共享模式,并确立资源共享模式的目标和构建策略。
The resource sharing mode in higher vocational education park refers to the mode which achieves maximum benefit through complementary advantages of material, human and financial resources distribution patterns in certain regional cooperation entities. The resource sharing mode should be constructed according to the actual situation of Changzhou Yin Village Vocational Education Park to establish resource sharing objectives and construction strategies.
