摘要
合理有效的培训需求是达到培训目标的切入点,对培训需求的调研和分析则是关键。为了进一步完善培训内容体系,加强行业干部教育培训的针对性和实效性,国家林业局管理干部学院针对主体培训项目试图建立以需求为导向的行业干部教育培训内容更新机制。在明确培训需求调研机制的目标原则、构建思想、操作过程以及内容方法的基础上,要在培训内容全方位、调研过程流程化以及调研方法动态化三个方面进一步努力。
The effective training need is an aim-oreinted approach to be implemented as the contact point, So the key point is analysis of traning needs. To complete the training content and improve the pertinence and effeciency, the STAFA is trying to set up the training content updating mechanism in basis of forest cadres' needs. The passage takes the main training programs as examples from the training objectives and principles, establishment thoughts, procedures, contents and methods. On the basis, to let the content generalized, procedure streamlined and investigation dynamic will be significant.
