摘要
现场教学作为一种高度参与式的学习方法,遵循了干部学习与成长的客观规律,调动了干部学习的积极性和能动性。然而在现场教学的过程中,由于组织保障和协调工作不到位,教师的驾驭能力和掌控能力不足等原因,使得现场教学的效果大打折扣。建议以现代培训理念为指导,加强需求调研,做到因材施教,同时要加强沟通协调,完善教学评估体系,提升教学质量。
As a kind of highly participative learning approaches, the scene teaching followed the objective laws on learning and growing of the cadres, aroused the enthusiasm and initiative of the cadres on learning. However, in the process of the scene teaching, the effectiveness greatly reduced because of lacking organizational guarantee and coordination work, or teachers' being short of control and mastery. It is advised that scene teaching should be guided by modern training concept, strengthen the demanding research, communication and coordination, taking tailoring teaching methods to improve the teaching evaluation system and the quality of teaching.
