林业行政执法培训课程是林业行政法律培训的核心课程。开展林业行政执法培训是提高行政执法工作人员依法行政能力,建设林业行政执法队伍的重要途径。在课程建设中应注意课程目标、课程内容的设置。设置课程目标时,要结合培训对象的需求,对培训目标进行分解;培训课程的内容应具有全面性、知识性和可操作性,并符合成人的认知规律。同时,还要重视对培训实施管控,及时修订教学大纲、教学内容,并在培训结束时进行培训效果评估。
