Community and Social Responsibility of Commercial Bank under Legal Vision

文章对法律视角下商业银行社会责任的内涵作出界定,指出社区是商业银行的重要利益相关者,并分析了商业银行对社区履行社会责任的具体内容,在介绍国外商业银行经验的基础上,提出了完善国内银行业对社区履行社会责任的建议。

The paper defined the concept of social responsibility of commercial bank,pointed out that community is an important interests relative,and analyzed the content of social responsibility of commercial bank to community,proposed that we should perfect social responsibility of commercial bank to community after introducing experience of foreign commercial bank.
