新疆城镇居民购物决策风格差异及营销策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章选取新疆城镇汉族与少数民族居民为对象,构建新疆城镇居民购物决策风格量表,研究他们在购物决策风格上的差异,探讨购物决策风格差异在营销策略中的应用。结果表明:新疆城镇汉族在购物决策上追求完美重视质量型、潮流品牌转换型、重视品牌型、购物后悔型较少数民族消费者表现更突出,而新疆少数民族消费者在品牌忠诚型因子上比汉族更为突出。
