摘要
作者在赴威尔士双语学校考察、进行家长访谈及分析威尔士双语教育发展历史的基础上认为其对新疆双语教育有四点启示:威尔士双语教育"破坏—重建"路径值得借鉴,新疆双语教育应始终坚持双语双文化人培养目标;充分认识模式二在社会及家庭语言环境单一地区的价值;双语教育作为微型、优质教育时相对容易获得成功,但成为普及教育时则困难增大数倍;双语教育是一种成本很高的教育类型,但无论怎么花钱,都是值得的。
After investigation of bilingual school,interviewing with parents and research of history of bilingual education in Wales,British,the author deems that there are four enlightenments for bilingual education of Xinjiang.First,the experience of ' Destruction-Rebuilding' mode of bilingual education of Wales should use for reference,the purpose of bilingual education of Xinjiang should insist the cultivation target of ' Bilingual-Bicultural';Secondly,we should pay attention to the value of Mode Ⅱ in community and family situation with single language.Thirdly,as a individual and quality education,bilingual education will succeed easily,but as a public education,the difficulty will rising up sharply.Fourth,the bilingual education is a costly education method but worth.
