摘要
以18 tex莫代尔本色纱和色纱为原料,在4针道单面大圆机上设计开发了素色格形花纹织物和色织格形花纹织物。给出面料编织工艺,包括设备参数、织针排列、意匠图、三角排列、穿纱方式等,以及毛坯和净坯面料参数。所设计格形织物具有格形效应(正方形或长方形效应),是一款新颖别致的面料,适宜制作高档T恤衫、时装面料。
The paper develops two new kinds of knitted fabrics with lattice pattern （including plain color and yarn-dyed fabrics） on single circular knitting machine by using 18 tex modal gray yarn and colored yarn. It intro_duces in detail the knitting technology including equipment parameters, needle arrangement, notation, cam arrange_ment and threading ways and so on. In addition, the basic technical parameters of blank and gray fabrics are giv_en. The results show that the plain color or yarn-dyed lattice patterned fabrics are innovative and different, with square or rectangle effect, which are the ideal materials for making high-grade T-shirts and fashion clothing.
