摘要 针对电脑横机传统针板磨合工艺占用机台、耗时长、制约机器批量生产的问题,提出电脑横机针板磨合的必要性,并设计了专用的磨合针和3系统磨合三角。利用现有库存零件组装机台,保证了织针的运动顺滑,提高了编织质量。同时介绍了针板磨合台使用的注意事项,通过使用磨合台改进了电脑横机的装配工艺,缩短了装配时间,使生产效率显著提高。 In terms of the problems of occupying equipment, consuming time and restricting mass-production of traditional running-in technology of computerized flat knitting machine,the paper designs special running-in needle and 3-system running-in cam. And the new type machine is assembled by using the stocks parts, which can en_sure the needle running smoothly and improve the quality of knitted fabrics. Besides, the precautions on the usage of running-in stand on needle bed of computerized flat knitting machine are introduced. The results show that the usage of running-in stand can improve the assembly technology of the computerized flat knitting machine , reduce assembled time and increase the productivity markedly.
