摘要
高效减水剂掺量、硫铝酸水泥掺量、砂的级配和细度模数、灰砂比、消泡剂掺量等均对水泥基自流平砂浆流动性有重要的影响,这些影响因素对砂浆流动度有着不同的影响特性。通过试验表明:减水剂FDN的最佳掺量为0.9%;硫铝酸水泥掺量、细度模数、灰砂比使流动度先增大后减小,各值最佳分别为0.2、3.2、0.78;水渣粉掺量对流动度影响波动较大,15%为最佳值;消泡剂掺量为1‰。
Superplasticizer dosage,dosage of aluminum sulfate cement,sand gradation and fineness modulus,gray sand ratio,defoamers content and so on.have an important impact on the flow of cement-based self-leveling mortar ,and have different effects on the mortar flow. After experiments,The best dosage of FDN superplasticizer was 0.9%,and aluminum sulfate cement accounts for,fineness modulus and gray sand ratio let the mortar flow first increase and then decrease,and the best values were 0.2,3.2,0.78.The slag powder accounts for im-pacted of fluctuations effects on the mortar flow,and 15%is the best value.And defoamers dosage was 1‰.
