摘要
由于强度是加气混凝土砌块的一个最重要的指标之一,而孔隙率对强度的影响也最为突出,因此,对加气混凝土孔隙率与强度的关系进行了试验研究。以B06级加气混凝土料浆作为基准料浆,通过调整微调水量,改变水胶比,制备试件尺寸为100 mm×100 mm×100 mm的不同孔隙率混凝土砌块成品,并测定不同水胶比下混凝土的孔隙率和强度值。采用Wisehers提出的孔隙率与强度的理论经验公式,用Ansys分析软件对试验测得的孔隙率与强度试验结果进行拟合,发现该模型能够很好的描述混凝土孔隙率与强度的关系,说明孔隙率和强度的关系符合Wisehers理论经验式。
Since strength of an aerated concrete block is one of the most important indicators and influence of porosity on the strength is also the most prominent,the relationship between porosity and strength of aerated concrete were experimentally studied.Using B06 lev-el aerated concrete slurry as a benchmark,by adjusting the fine-tuning of water,changing the water-cement ratio,the concrete blocks with the size of 100 mm ×100 mm ×100 mm of different porosity were prepared,and the porosity and strength of concrete with different wa-ter-cement ratios was measured.Based on theoretical empirical formula about porosity and strength proposed by Wisehers ,using Ansys analysis software to fit the porosity and strength measured in the experiment ,we found that the model can well describe the relationship be-tween the porosity and strength of concrete,which illustrating that the relationship between porosity and strength abides by Wisehers theo-retical empirical formula.
