摘要
对中东地区高温干燥环境下大体积混凝土方块预制中的养护方法进行优化研究。分别采用养护液和水两种养护方法,与薄膜、麻袋、土工布、泡沫板等几种保温保湿材料组合,对混凝土方块进行为期7 d的养护观测。以混凝土方块温度、温差和养护前后裂缝出现情况为标准评价养护效果,得出:滚涂养护液养护包裹泡沫板、土工布等保温材料的方法最有利于控制温差;水养护不利于控制温差,但在控制干燥收缩裂缝上面效果更好。
The optimization of mass pre-cast concrete block curing methods in middle east’s high temperature and dry circumstance was studied.There are two curing method that curing compound and water,which combining several heat and moisture insulation material film,sacks,geotextile fabric,foam board,and observe the curing process in 7 d.Take the concrete temperature,temperature difference and cracks appeared before and after curing process as standard in the evaluation of curing effect.Combined the heat insulation material foam board,geotextile fabric and so on.Curing compound method is best in temperature difference controlling.Water curing method is not good at temperature difference controlling,but is better at dry shrinkage cracks controlling.
