Study on Biodiesel Industry Development in Xinxiang

新疆生物柴油产业发展虽然具有诸多有利条件:资源禀赋较好、能源农业(文冠果)的研发有一定的基础、生物柴油的研发呈现良好局面、生物柴油产业获得新疆相关方面的重视,但在发展过程中还存在已立项项目大都没有实质性展开、实际投产的项目遭到失败、拟开展的项目推进困难等诸多问题,使人们对新疆生物柴油产业发展的期望与现实形成巨大反差。究其原因:一是缺乏能源农业的切实支持;二是产学研结合不紧密,科研成果转化能力不强;三是对棉籽废油作为重要原料的夸大;四是对地沟油作为生物柴油原料的误判;五是生物柴油供应链协调乏力。因此,本文认为新疆生物柴油产业未来应合理布局并谨慎推进。

The development of biodiesel industry in Xinxiang has many advantages：resources endowment is comparatively good , energy agriculture （ Shiny-leaved yellowhorn ） research and development has a certain foundation , research and development of biodiesel presents good situation , and the biodiesel industry gets the relevant attention in Xinxiang .However, the reality is that：established projects are not conducted substantially , the actual production projects had failed;therapy （ brewing ） projects lack of response for a long time , and promote difficultly .The main reasons of the huge contrast are：energy agriculture lacking substan-tial support, research and production being not closely integrated , the transformation of research achievements being not strong;cotton seed oil as an important raw material has been exaggerated; illegal cooking oil as a feedstock for biodiesel is mistakenly judged;supply chain coordination lacking motivation .Based on above comprehensive analysis , the paper holds that biodiesel in-dustry should be reasonably distributed and cautiously promoted in the future in Xinxiang .
