摘要
持续改进作为一种公司层级的改善过程,成为了企业保持竞争力的一项重要战略.本文借助持续创新研究网络调查项目的数据,研究了持续改进的行动过程以及管理者意识对企业持续改进行动的调节作用.在研究变量之间的关系时,主要采用了多元层次回归方法进行分析.分析结果显示,企业的持续改进动因对于持续改进实践决策具有显著的影响,企业的持续改进实践对于持续改进绩效具有显著的影响;而且管理者启动意识对持续改进动因与激励、控制类实践的关系具有显著的调节效应.最后,结合中国制造企业的现状,提出企业持续改进的实施建议.
Continuous improvement (CI) can continuously improve the company-level and becomes one of the most im- portant strategies for companies to remain competitive. According to the data of Continuous Innovation Network ( CI- Net) , it studied the process of CI and the moderating effects of the managers' CI consciousness on CI actions. The rela- tionships among variables were analyzed by the multiple hierarchical regression analysis method. The results show that the motivation of the CI has significant influence on implementation and decisions, and the implementation also has sig- nifiea.nt influence on the performance of CI; The start consciousness of managers has significant moderating effects on the relationships between the motivation and the implementation of encouragement and control. Finally, according to the present situation in Chinese manufacturing firms, the suggestions on the implementation of CI are provided.
