摘要
本文通过分析文化导向型组织创新对技术创新的影响,考虑知识吸收能力的中介作用,探讨了文化导向型组织创新、知识吸收能力对技术创新的作用.基于278家高技术制造企业的深度访谈和问卷调查,运用结构方程模型方法实证分析了文化导向型组织创新对技术创新的作用机理以及知识吸收能力的中介效应.结果表明,文化导向型组织创新与技术创新之间存在显著的正向且直接的影响关系,知识吸收能力在二者之间存在部分中介效应.
Considering the mediating role of knowledge absorptive capability, it analyzed the impact of culture-oriented organizational innovation on technological innovation. Based on the survey questionnaire and in-depth interviews of 278 high-teeh manufacturing enterprises, it used structural equation model （SEM） to analyze the impact of culture-oriented organizational innovation on technological innovation and the intermediary role of knowledge absorptive capability. The results show that culture-oriented organizational innovation has significant direct and positive impact on technological in- novation, and knowledge absorptive capability plays the mediating role.
