摘要
目的:探讨系统化健康教育对患者氧驱动雾化吸入治疗的舒适度、对护士雾化吸入工作满意度、雾化吸入治疗知信行、对患者雾化吸入疗效的影响。方法:选择收治于呼吸科病房并首次使用氧驱动雾化吸入的患者101例,随机分为试验组52例和对照组49例。对照组实施常规健康教育;试验组实施系统化健康教育,质量控制遵循PDCA循环法。观察两组患者对护理工作的满意度,雾化吸入的舒适度,雾化吸入相关知识、态度、行为的变化以及雾化吸入的疗效。结果:健康教育前,两组患者满意度、舒适度、知信行均无显著性差异(P>0.05);健康教育后,试验组满意度、舒适度、知信行及雾化吸入疗效均较对照组有显著性差异(P<O.05)。结论:系统化健康教育较常规健康教育能提高患者的舒适度、对护士雾化吸入工作的满意度、对雾化吸入知信行的程度、雾化吸入疗效,对促进患者的康复有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the systematic health education on the comfort, the satisfaction of nurses' job, KAP, medical compliance behavior and effectiveness in patients on treatment of atomization inhalation of oxygen. Methods: 101 patients using atomization inhalation of oxygen first time in respiration ward were randomly divided into experimental group 52 cases and control group 49 cases. The control group received routine health education; the experimental group received systematic health education, following the PDCA circulation method of quality control. The statistical analysis was conducted after observation and questionnaire survey. Results: Before the health education, the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference in satisfaction, comfort,KAP and medical compliance behavior(P 〉0.05); but after that, the experimental group's satisfaction, comfort, KAP, the change of medical compliance behavior and effectiveness were higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Compare with the conventional health education, the systematic health education can improve the comfort of patients, the satisfaction of nurse's job, the KAP level of atomization inhalation, the change of medical compliance behavior and effectiveness ,which is of great significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
