程序化镇静应用于ICU机械通气患者的观察及护理 被引量：14

摘要 ICU镇静越来越受关注,但镇痛镇静的现状仍不乐观.往往在镇痛镇中忽视了疼痛及疼痛评估,存在镇静治疗过程中医生顾虑多、镇静评估重视度不够、频次不确定、镇静观念不够、镇静适度者少等问题.如何使患者达到理想的镇静状态,目前ICU尚无统一的方案.程序化镇静已成为近年来ICU研究的热点.程序化镇静是以镇痛为基础,有镇静计划的目标,并根据镇静深度评分调节镇静剂用量的系统镇静.可减少ICU患者的澹忘发生率,并能减少或消除患者对ICU治疗期间痛苦的记忆,提高护理安全,同时体现对患者的人文关怀[1-3].2013年6月我科开始对入住ICU的机械通气患者实施程序化镇静,现将临床观察和护理体会总结如下.
