摘要
以河南省洛阳叁伟煤业有限公司二1煤层特大断面支架换装硐室为工程背景,针对特大断面换装硐室的围岩控制难题,提出了采用高性能、高预紧力锚杆提高内承载圈强度,再辅以高强锚索在围岩中形成外承载圈,以内、外承载圈相互作用提高围岩自稳性,进而通过喷浆防止围岩风化和支护结构锈蚀的特大断面换装硐室围岩控制技术,实现了有效控制顶板破碎垮落和围岩剧烈变形。工程实践验证了该支护指导思想和技术的科学性。
Taking transshipping chamber with super-large section of Luoyang Sanwei Coal Industry Company in II1 coal seam as engineering background, aiming at the problems of transshipping chamber with super-large section, surrounding rock control technology for transshipping chamber with super-large section was proposed, that was:bolts with high performance and high strength should be adopted to improve the strength of the internal bearing ring, coupled with high strength anchor cable, the outer bearing ring was formed in the sur- rounding rock. With the interaction of internal and outer bearing tings ,the stability of surrounding rock was improved. The method of guniting was used to prevent surrounding rock weathering and supporting structure rusting. Caving of roof and severe deformation of surrounding rock were controlled effectively. Engineering practice has confirmed the scientificity of guiding ideology and technology of supporting.
