摘要
为了掌握某矿大采高短壁工作面超前支承压力分布规律,以首个大采高工作面1305工作面为工程背景,在FLAC3D数值模拟和现场实测的基础上对超前支承压力分布规律进行分析。研究表明:工作面前方塑性区范围为6.7~12.5 m,平均8.9 m。工作面超前支承压力影响范围0~50 m,超前支承压力峰值介于24.16~28.48 MPa,平均26.44 MPa。研究结果为确定合理的护巷煤柱参数及超前支护设计提供了参考。
To grasp the distribution laws of abutment pressure on working face with large mining height and short wall, taking 1305 first mining face as background,numerical simulation of FLAC^3D software and field measurement were carried out to analyse the distribution laws of abutment pressure. Studies have shown that,the plastic area in front of working face is from 6. 7 -12.5 m,and the average is 8.9 m. The influencing range of abutment pressure on working face is 0 -50 m. The peak value of abutment pressure is between 24. 16 - 28.48 MPa,the average is 26. 44 MPa. The results can provide a reference for determining reasonable parameters of entry protection coal-pillar and advanced supporting design.
