摘要 根据水力冲孔消突时的排水量和排煤量设计合适容量的沉淀池,同时根据不同的需要设计不同大小的沉淀池。合理的排水系统能保证工作面环境的整齐,为后续掘进工作创造了良好的工作环境。沉淀池采用双沉淀剂最佳配比,改善了沉淀效果,整个设计保持了冲孔设施的无电力工作环境,提高了工作面的安全性。 The sedimentation tank with reasonable capacity is designed according to the quantity of water and coal discharging in the process of hydraulic flushing in hole for outburst elimination. Different sizes of the sedimentation tank were designed based on different needs. A reasonable drainage system can ensure the work environment neat, then create a good working environment for excavation work. Sedimentation tank with the best ratio of double precipitation agent can increase precipitation effect. The whole design has maintained the work environment of flushing facilities without power, and increased the safety of working face.
