摘要
陈四楼煤矿井下用水水质较差,水质总硬度(以Ca CO3计)高、有害杂质和离子含量较高,对液压系统及相关设备影响较大。在综采工作面使用以反渗透技术为主的水处理装置,该装置具有安装方便、使用方便、操作方便、维护方便、运行稳定、节能环保、自动化程度高、经济实用等优点,能够提高综采工作面使用水的水质,降低液压系统故障率,提高综采工作面液压系统的安全可靠性。
The quality of underground water in Chensilou Coal Mine is poor,total water hardness( CaCO3 )and harmful impurities and ion content is high ,which has influenced hydraulic system and related equipment. The water treatment device mainly using reverse os- mosis technology was applied on fully-mechanized working face. h has the characteristics of convenient installation, convenient opera- tion, convenient maintenance, stable operation, energy saving arid environmental protection, high degree of automation, economical and practical. In addition to this, it can improve the water quality on fully-mechanized working face, reduce the failure rate of hydraulic sys- tem,and improve the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system on fully-mechanized working face.
