An Automatic Propelling Device for Scraper on Working Face Using Suspension Supports

传统的人工单体支柱推移刮板机输送机方式存在较多安全隐患,工作人员劳动强度大、推移速度难以提高。针对炮采或高档普采工作面刮板机的具体情况,研制了一种新型刮板机自动推移装置。该装置与悬移支架配套使用,可以代替传统的人工单体支柱推移刮板机输送机方式,提高了工作面推进效率。

There are many hidden dangers in the traditional manual propelling way of scraper conveyer by using hydraulic props, and the labor intensity of workers is large, the speed of propelling can not be improved. Aiming at the status of automatic scraping device for blasting mining or high-grade conventional mining working face,a new type of scraper automatic propelling device was developed. The device is adopted with suspension support, it can replace the traditional manual propelling way of scraper conveyer by using hydraulic props, greatly improve the advancing efficiency of working face.
