摘要
退火窑壳体保温是玻璃退火窑质量控制的关键因素之一,本文对壳体双层结构、螺栓连接结构进行了保温性能分析,并通过实验验证不同填充方式和压缩比对保温性能的影响,从中找到一种最佳的提高退火窑保温性能的退火窑结构。
Heat-insulation of the shell of glass annealing lehr is one of the key factors for quality control of annealing lehr. The heat insulation analysis of double shell and bolt connection of annealing lehr shell was carried out and the effect of various fill pattern and compression ratio on heat insulation were also confirmed by experiment. An optimal annealing lehr structure was found for improving its thermal insulation performance.
