摘要 数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)具有强大的控制和信号处理功能,如今,广泛应用于军事,数字通信、工业测量及自动控制等要求实时性的领域,因此,DSP已发展成为数字化时代的核心元件。本文简要介绍了风力发电机组的状态监测系统,然后重点介绍了利用以DSP为核心的数据处理器对现场数据进行AD采样和时域状态参数计算。在此基础上提出了一些硬件和软件处理手段,证明可以有效的解决实际使用中采样精度低的问题,实现了一种可靠有效的数据采集处理系统。 The digital signal processor(Digital Signal Processor, DSP) has a strong control and signal processing capabilities. Nowadays, DSP has been widely used in military, digital communications, industrial measurement and automatic control fields, which requires the real-time realization, so it become the core element of the digital information age, This paper introduces the wind turbine condition monitoring system, then focus on the AD sampling and time domain state parameter calculation based on the field data, which use the data processor with DSP as the core. On the basis of that, some hardware and software methods are put forward, which is proved to effectively resolve the problem that low sampling precision in practical application, so it achieves a reliable and effective data acquisition and processing system.
