摘要
分子生物学是现代医学的重要组成部分,其中基因诊断和基因治疗在临床医学中的应用越来越广泛。在这两个专题的教学中,如何帮助学生综合平衡分子生物学基础知识和前沿进展并加以灵活应用显得尤为重要。文章以遗传病"苯丙酮尿症"为典型案例,采用以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL),综合了基因学、遗传学、氨基酸代谢、基因诊断、基因治疗等各章节的相关知识。通过结合具体案例,培养锻炼了学生自主思考和解决临床问题的能力,充分调动其学习积极性,同时对基因诊断和基因治疗等前沿技术加以掌握。
Molecular biology is an important part of modern medicine,in which gene diagnosis and gene therapy have been applied in clinical medicine more and more widely. In the teaching of these two subjects,how to help the students to balance and use the basic knowledge and leading progression in molecular biology is particularly important. In this paper,with genetic disease phenylketonuria as a typical case,problem-oriented teaching methods ( problem-based learning,PBL) was adopted and relevant knowledge in genomics,ge-netics,amino acid metabolism,gene diagnosis and gene therapy were integrated. By combining specific cases in the class,students were trained to think and solve clinical problems independently and their enthusiasm of learning was fully mobilized in order to master the gene diagnosis and gene therapy and other leading technology.
