摘要
为进一步完善"信阳五月鲜桃"的无公害栽培,以5年生"信阳五月鲜桃"为试材,选用外黄内白蜡纸双层袋、外黄内黑单层袋、外灰内黑单层袋、单层塑料袋4种不同的果袋对"信阳五月鲜桃"果实进行套袋处理,以不套袋作对照,研究了不同果袋处理对"信阳五月鲜桃"成熟果实品质的影响。测定了果实着色、单果重、果形指数等果实外观品质指标;同时也测定了可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量、维生素C等内在品质指标。结果表明,白色透明塑料袋能有效改善果实外观品质指标,且成本低廉,适合在"信阳五月鲜桃"栽培上推广。
For further improving the way of the pollution -free cultivation of Xinyang May peach, we used 5 -year -old Xinyang May peach as test material, and selected four different fruit bags which is the outer yellow and inside -white waxed double paper bags, theouter yellow and inside black bags, the outer gray and inside black bags and the white plastic bags as bagging process for Xinyang May peach, and used no -bagging as contrast ,in order to study the effects of four different fruit bags on Xinyang May peach quality.Wedetermined the fruit appearance quality indicators of the fruit color, fruit weight and fruit shape index, and also measured the internalquality indicators of soluble solids, titratable acid, vitamin C and etc..The results showed that the white plastic bag can effectively improvethe appearance of the fruit quality indicators and is low cost which is suitable for using in promotion and cultivation of Xinyang May peach.
