摘要
短暂性全面遗忘症﹙transient global amnesia ， TGA）是发生于中老年人群的一种急性遗忘症。临床表现为突然起病，一过性记忆丧失，自知力存在，不伴意识障碍，较复杂的皮层高级活动保留完整，无神经系统异常。发病性质尚不完全确定，临床诊断应谨慎。我院自2008年5月-2013年1月共收治5例TGA患者，现报道如下。
