鼻内和静脉给予右美托咪定应用于胃镜检查中的对比研究

摘要 国内很多研究显示静脉泵注右美托咪定联合丙泊酚在内镜的检查应用中是安全、有效的。最近国外报道手术前鼻滴右美托咪定有显著的镇静、镇痛效果,且使用方便、安全[1]。本研究受此启发采用鼻滴右美托咪定联合丙泊酚麻醉与静脉泵注右美托咪定联合丙泊酚在内镜检查中进行对比研究,观察内镜检查中鼻滴右美托咪定联合丙泊酚麻醉的效果。
