摘要 在我军推进现代营房快速转型的背景下,营房建筑的节能理念显得尤为重要。基于当前我军营房建筑大多处于样式陈旧、功能落伍、建筑能耗大、用能效率低的现状,围绕营区规划设计、工程施工建造、设备系统选择、运营维护直至报废拆除等方面,提出基于全生命周期的营房建筑节能理念并进行了深入的探讨。目的是将营房建筑节能措施贯穿于建筑的各个阶段,并且通过技术、材料、管理等手段达到既服务部队生活工作,又降低能源消耗、合理利用资源的要求,最终实现真正意义上的营房建筑节能和可持续发展的宗旨。 Under the background of rapid transformation in advancing modern army barracks, the barracks building energy-saving concept is particularly important. Based on the current army barracks buildings, mostly in the old style, out of fashion, large energy consumption, low energy efficiency, around the camp construction planning and design, engineering, equipment selection, operation and maintenance system to scrap removal, we come up with the full life cycle of the barracks building energy efficiency concept and has carried on the thorough discussion. Aims to the barracks building energy saving measures throughout all phases of construction, and through technology, materials, management, and other means to achieve service troops to live and work, and reduce energy consumption and meet the requirement of the rational use of resources, finally realizes the barracks building energy efficiency and sustainable development in the true sense of purpose.
