摘要
针对旋转导向液压系统工作可靠性验证,研发了一种可以测试旋转导向仪器液压系统关键部件性能的平台。实际应用表明,该测试平台可以完成微型柱塞泵工作性能参数的数字化测试,功能检验和效率评估功能,满足科研与工程使用的测试要求。
In order to verify the reliability of hydraulic system in rotary steerable tool , a platform is developed for testing the performance characteristics of key parts of hydraulic system in rotary steerable tool . The application of platform shows that it can complete digitization of performance characteristics , function test and efficiency evaluation with miniature piston pump , which meet the requirements of scientific research and engineering application .
