摘要
汽车传动轴是汽车上至关重要的部件,因此研究其三维建模及其仿真是很有必要的。本文运用UG建立模型,再进入装配,把传动轴各部分装配起来,再进行运动仿真及分析,使传动轴符合实际运用,提高可靠性,能有效的解决三维模具设计过程中不能动的问题,模拟其动态特性,同时可以直观了解各部件在在运动过程中的位移大小分布和应力大小分布,设计者能及早发现问题并及时修改和优化。这样既能缩短产品的设计周期,提高产品的可靠性,又能实现产品的优化设计。
Automobile transmission shaft is a vital part of car , so it is important to study three dimensional modeling and simulation . In this paper , UG is used to establish model , then all parts of the trans-mission shaft are assembled , and motion simulation and analysis of the transmission shaft are conducted in line with the actual application , which improved reliability , effectively solved problems that the 3 d mould design can't solve , and at the same time , in the process of sim-ulating the dynamic features , displacement size distribution and stress size distribution can be intuitively understood . In this way , designers can find problems as early as possible and timely modify and optimize, which will shorten the design period of products , improve the reliability of the product , and realize the optimization design of the product .
