Based on research and analysis on the current situation of the development of Tengzhou machine tool traditional industry , this paper focuses on the solution for the bottom of ＂smiling curve＂ of labor-intensive machine tool manufacturing , and how to walk out the small profit pattern . At the same time it puts forward countermeasures for ＂machine substitution＂, which will guarantee the booming development for machine tool manufacturing industry .
