基于多维关联函数的调整工艺选择

Selection and Analysis of Adjustment Technology Based on Multidimensional Correlation Function

摘要 为解决快速扩散制造中工艺调整方案的选择问题,分析工艺调整对扩散制造产生的多种影响,通过关系矩阵和基于实例搜索的方法定量计算影响值;在主制企业对影响值提出的约束基础上,采用多维关联函数的方法,通过点位置判断和降维计算等过程计算得到符合影响约束范围内调整工艺;以某型叶片的调整工艺方案选择分析为例,计算得到主制企业期望的工艺方案,验证了本方法的适用性和可行性。 Aimed at selection and analysis of technology adjustment scheme in rapid proliferating manufacturing, the influence of adjustment technology on proliferation manufacturing is analyzed, and the relationship matrix and case-based reasoning are introduced to quantize the influence. Then, based on the constraint value of influence, judging point location, and reducing dimension, adjustment technology which meets the demand of main enterprises is generated by using multidimensional correlation function. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the selection and analysis of technology adjustment scheme for a certain type of blade.
