蜂巢芯与圆筒芯空心楼盖的经济性分析

Economic analysis of honeycomb core and cylindrical core hollow floor

以某商务办公建筑为例,通过分析计算同等建筑条件下三种楼盖的土建费用、层高降低费用及土建综合造价,对薄壁蜂巢芯空心楼盖与圆筒芯空心楼盖及传统板梁楼盖的经济性进行了分析比较,结果表明,对常规柱距及荷载,采用蜂巢芯空心楼盖比采用圆筒芯空心楼盖和传统板梁楼盖具有较显著的经济性。

With a commercial office building as an example, through calculation of civil engineering cost, floor height decrease cost and comprehensive civil engineering cost for three kinds of floor under the same building condition, the economies of thin-walled honeycomb core hollow floor, thin-walled cylindrical core hollow floor and traditional slab were analyzed and compared, and the result shows that, in view of normal column space and load, adopting honeycomb core hollow floor has more remarkable economy than adopting cylindrical core hollow floor and traditional slab.
