摘要
目的开展品管圈活动,提高输液港蝶翼无损伤针固定效果。方法针对降低输液港蝶翼无损伤针二次固定率开展品管圈活动,包括组建彩虹圈,进行要因分析、实施和效果评价。结果品管圈活动后,蝶翼无损伤针二次固定率由34.85%降低至13.57%;输液港宣教内容患者掌握率由75.00%提高至95.00%;实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论品管圈应用于输液港维护中,可有效降低蝶翼针二次固定率,提高患者输液安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying quality control circle activities to reduce the secondary fixing rate of butterfly needles in venous access port.Methods Quality control circle activities were carried out to reduce secondary fixing rate of butterfly needles,including setting up a rainbow circle,doing causal factor analysis,implementation and effect assessment.Results After quality control circle activities,the secondary fixing rate of butterfly needles reduced significantly from 34.85 ％ to 13.57 ％,while the master rate of related education increased significantly from 75.00 ％ to 95.00 ％ （P＜0.01 for both）.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the secondary fixing rate of butterfly needles and improve the effect of education,improving the quality of nurses and nursing service quality.
