摘要
激光焊机广泛应用于冷轧硅钢酸洗线及处理线,用于高牌号无取向硅钢及取向硅钢的焊接,保证生产线的连续化生产。高牌号无取向硅铜及取向硅铜因含硅量大,带钢脆,焊接时需在焊缝部位喂入合金焊丝,以提高焊缝质量,防止断带事故发生。着重讨论激光焊机喂丝控制系统,并基于Multisim软件研究喂丝控制系统设计方法,分析小型变频电机的集成化控制思想。
The laser welder is used to cold silicon steel production line. The strip head and tail are welding together with laser welder, for the line running constantly. High silicon steels are easily broken, so we need to let the wire feed into the weld seam. It can improve the weld quality. In this article, We will use Mutisim software to discuss the control system of the laser welder wire feeder system, and research the minitype frequency conversion motor control theory.
