分析了大规格打包散件的原因，通过投入吐丝机摇摆功能、布料器，改变辊道分配系数，高位集卷技术等措施，解决了大规格散件问题。
The reasons of loose coils of large-size hot rolled wire rods were analyzed, and proposed some efficient solution measures, for example lay head wobbling, distributing machine, controlling roller partition coefficient, collecting coils on a higher position, etc.
