高等职业教育肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命,其人才培养模式直接决定着人才培养质量,通过梳理分析国外及国内典型的高职教育人才培养模式,从中得到一些有益启示,以供各高职院校借鉴。

Higher vocational education bear responsibility of cultivation of talents of high technical ability for the needs of production, construction, service and management. The talents cultivation models di rectly decide the quality of talents quality. The paper analyses some typical vocational education mod els both abroad and home in terms of drawing some benefits for the reference of vocational colleges.
