健康教育路径在基层医院产科顺产产妇中的应用效果

Application Effect of Health Education Pathway for Eutocia Puerperae in Obstetric Department of Grass-Root Hospital

目的:探讨在基层医院产科,健康教育路径在顺产产妇中的实施效果。方法:对2012年5月—10月某基层医院产科的131例顺产产妇(对照组)开展传统健康教育,对2012年11月—2013年4月同所医院的131例顺产产妇(研究组)实施健康教育路径。出院后采用问卷调查的方式评估两组产妇对健康知识的掌握情况和满意度。结果:研究组健康知晓平均总分为(2308.98±109.006)分,对照组健康知晓平均总分为(2159.52±173.810)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度平均总分为(102.40±8.348)分,对照组满意度平均总分为(96.55±12.970)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施顺产健康教育路径有利于提高产妇对健康知识的掌握情况及满意度,可提高临床护理工作中开展健康教育的规范性和针对性。

Objective：To investigate the effect of health education pathway in Obstetrical Department of grass-roots hospitals. Methods：A total of 131 eutocia puerperae who hospitalized in a grass-roots hospital from May 2012 to October 2012 （the con-trol group）received traditional health education,while another 131 eutocia puerperae who hospitalized in the same hospital from November 2012 to April 2013 （the study group）received health education pathway.Questionnaire survey was used to assess the understanding of health knowledge and satisfaction in the two groups.The data were analyzed by t test.Results：The average total score of awareness of health knowledge in the study group was 2308.98±109.006,which was significantly higher than that in the control group （2159.52±173.810）,P 〈0.05.The average total score of satisfaction survey in the study group was 102.40±8.348,which was significantly higher than that in the control group （96.55±12.970）,P 〈0.05.Conclusions：The implementation of health education pathway is of great help for puerperae to master health knowledge,and it can also im-prove puerperae’s satisfaction,and thus enhancing standardization and pertinence of health education in clinical nursing work.
